Defendant denies the “speculative, presumptive, and conclusionary” allegations set forth in DirecTV’s complaint. She maintains that she has not violated 47 U.S.C. §605(a)(3)(c) or 18 U.S.C. § 2511, and asks that the judge dismiss DirecTV’s complaint as it applies to her.
