Directv responds to Amato’s motion to dismiss. Amato moved to dismiss on the grounds that no private cause of action exists under 18 U.S.C. § 2512 (the “Wiretap Act”). Directv argues that 18 U.S.C. §2520 expressly provides a civil cause of action for violations of §2512.
